Opportunity at RRG Toyota, Salford – IT Support Engineer

Due to continuous growth and development an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the team at RRG Group based at Head Office in Salford. This role will also require periodic travel to our 23 sites in the North West, 3 sites of our sister company also based in the North West and on occasion visits to our other sister company who has 12 sites down South.

Schedule

8 Hour Work Day Monday – Friday 0830 - 1730

On-Call Out of hours Support (Rotation) Monday to Sunday (out of hours) & Saturday 0830 – 1230 (office based).

Job role

Troubleshooting problems over the phone & on site

User accounts setup & deletion

Password resets

Ordering & installing IT equipment

Visiting sites for local issues & installs

Updating software & patches

Out of hours support

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft 365 products including Defender, OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams

Experience with Windows 10 & 11 / IOS / Android

Experience with PC installs & rebuilds

Experience with Windows Servers / Active Directory / Group Policy Administration

Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant administration

Experience with basic networks and network cabling
