We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be known internally as Membership Services Executive Assistant.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Membership, Accreditation and Professional Development (MAPD) Team.

You will also provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, volunteers, members and stakeholders. Undertaking numerous services provided by our team, you will perform accreditations, CPD auditing, volunteer training and committee management.

You will also oversee all financial matters related to our accreditation activities, including processing volunteers’ expenses, raising invoices, purchase orders and the monitoring of payments.


Additionally, you will:


  • Maintain accurate records on our database

  • Address stakeholders’ enquiries by email, letter, telephone, video call or face-to-face

  • Support volunteer activities as required

  • Support other team members with pre- and post-meeting actions

About You

To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:



  • Experience of working in a busy office environment, providing highly-focused customer service

  • Proven administration experience

  • The ability to work closely with other team members, communicating and engaging effectively with a wide range of people

  • The ability to work towards tight deadlines and manage priorities

  • To be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
