Property / Team Administrator

CCO Group have been retained by an industry-leading property consultancy in order to find a team administrator to join one of their successful Central London Property Management teams. Our client grew by 23% last year and have some really exciting growth plans for the future which you could be apart of. They take huge pride in their company culture and strive to make the workplace as enjoyable as possible for employees – You will have flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. Our client are great when it comes to career progression with there being a chance to venture out of admin and get involved in some surveying duties in the future. In this role you will you will be dealing with client, tenant and contractor queries ensuring that a first class service is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for collating and presenting team data on a regular basis for review with team leaders at team meetings
- Editing of reports and documents ready for client issue
- Maintain control of void properties and control invoices being sent to the client
- Setting up inspections including EPC inspections, FRA and Health and Safety inspections, valuations and insurance inspections
- General administrative duties including photocopying & scanning documents, distributing post, responding to and creating emails, updating spreadsheets, taking minutes at meetings and producing letters and mail merges.
- Ensuring the computer system is up to date and completing lease update forms.
- Managing team diaries, arranging internal and external meetings
- Assist in answering tenant correspondence and queries.
What They Are Looking For:
- 1 year experience of working in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communications including report writing
- Self Management including showing initiative, being proactive and meeting deadlines
- Hungry, motivated individual
