Job title: Temporary Programme administrator, Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £16.74 ph. plus £2.43 holiday pay
The Role
As part of the Academic Services team, the Programme Administrator’s primary focus is:
- To undertake administration relating to the student academic experience including
induction, enrolment, attendance, assessment, and retention activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to students and other stakeholders.
- Ensure academic programmes are administered in line with the Academic Regulations
and that all relevant activities are completed in line with University processes and within
required deadlines.
You
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential in order to co-ordinate
services across central services such as Registry, Admissions and the Academic Office and
provide excellent service to all of the University’s students.
