JOB PURPOSE
In this role, your main mission is to connect people with the perfect space from our portfolio. You'll be the friendly voice answering calls, helping potential customers, and setting up property viewings. Keeping things organized is key - you'll log calls, arrange viewings, and create marketing materials. We need you to be a phone pro, a good communicator, and handy with tools like Excel. The ability to learn fast, stay cool under pressure, and meet deadlines is important. While call center experience is a bonus, we're happy to train you. Your role is all about making sure our customers have a smooth and positive experience while finding their ideal space.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Answering inbound enquiries calls and assisting prospective customers in locating suitable space on our portfolio.
- Logging all inbound enquiries calls on internal system.
- Coordinating internal agents/internal agents viewings.
- Confirming viewings and follow up with external agents/internal sales team.
- Vetting of prospective customers.
- Providing adhoc access to interested parties to available units.
- Marketing pack creation. Adhoc administrative duties as required by the wider business.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent phone manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Outlook
- Confident with using online workflow systems
- Ability to absorb information and learn quickly
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to timescales Previous call centre or similar experience desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
