Using our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), you will monitor this data and work with the team to report on trends that will help us to adapt and improve relationship management activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, assisting the business development unit and wider fundraising team with data input and management using our CRM, monitoring and reporting on data to inform strategy, and conducting research on prospective donors.

About you

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of meeting the following criteria:

  • experience (not necessarily professional) with administrative software such as Microsoft Office

  • confident in their ability to build rapport with a variety of audiences both virtually and face-to-face

  • ability to manage and support a varied workload and conflicting deadlines with good attention to detail

  • knowledge of and empathy with our mission, aims and values

We hope that you would like to join us at a very exciting stage of our growth and development. You’ll be joining a bright, dynamic team who have a passion for supporting our ambitions.

We welcome applications from Black and minoritised and LGBTQ+ groups as they are currently under-represented.

And what’s better than enjoying your work in beautiful surroundings and within our offices which are just a stone’s throw from the historic Shad Thames and Tower Bridge!
