The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced legal secretarial with a corporate, commercial, or property background.

In return, the position offers a competitive hourly rate, free parking, and the opportunity for the role to go permanent.


The Candidate

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organisational skills, a very keen eye for detail, and very good working knowledge of MS Office suite and Digital Dictation.


The Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners working on matters relating to Commercial Conveyancing, Commercial and Corporate.


• Managing client relationships and dealing with queries.


• Typing dictation and preparing correspondence and documents.


• Managing a busy diary.


• General administration; Filing, scanning, photocopying, and completing relevant checklists.


• Conducting relevant internet research, using websites such as Land Registry, Company House searches, etc.


• Ensuring compliance procedures are adhered to throughout.


• Managing key dates and the production of correspondence.


• Liaising with estate agents, clients, and other firms.
