£25,000 – £27,000

Are you an experienced Billing Assistant looking for a change? If so, our clients are one of the largest law firms in the UK and are looking for a Billing Assistant to join their busy team. This is a remote role but will require going in to the office once or twice a month into the local office. These offices are Birmingham, Manchester, and London

The Role:

• Checking, collating, receiving overseas agent invoices
• Providing guidance to fee earners on the firms financial processes and procedures
• Building relationships with finance team
• Dealing with client matters on financial matters and invoices
• Resolution and coordination of e-billing rejections

The Candidate:

• Must have Billing experience
• Experience using Elite would be advantageous
• Must work well under pressure
