Team Introduction
The IT Solution Delivery Management (IT-SDM) team is responsible for managing the delivery of office technology systems for internal users, ensuring they have the best workplaces and tools to enable the amazing work that they do.

Working Hours
Normal working hours are 9.00 am to 6pm. However, due to the nature of IT project implementation (requiring minimal disruption to client operations), occasional extended hours and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration at all time.


• Create scope of works for new projects, drive the incorporation of technical requirements into space planning and initial test-fits. Ensure internal standards and user requirements are met and understood


• Plan full life cycle project schedules, measure and mitigate risks and issues, set expectations with stakeholders.


• Build and present budgets, track project finances and spend


• Provide project reporting to stakeholders


• Lead and facilitate the procurement of services and equipment from external design consultants and system integrators.


• Drive the design process forward, ensure that project design milestones are met and engaging technical SMEs where needed.


• Manage and monitor construction progress, ensure effective communication and collaboration takes place between buildout teams.


• Coordinate testing and commissioning program with key stakeholders, ensuring systems are fit for use.


• Lead project evaluation processes, present ‘lessons learnt’, drive continuous improvement.


• Maintain best practice project management disciplines at all times.


• Act as an EMEA IT ambassador at all times.


• Undertake any other activities as reasonably required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in managing multiple construction or workplace technology build-out projects


• Certified in methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile


• Good experience with tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project


• Excellent risk and change management skills


• Strong experience in managing external vendors and vendor selection processes


• Deep commercial awareness and experience managing budgets of £1M+


• Experienced in creating project processes and structure


• Good understanding of workplace technology such as AV, infrastructure and security


• Excellent experience of project managing large business-critical IT projects, using Prince 2 or similar, especially for office build-out projects


• Experience of working within a technically complex, multi-country environment


• Highly competent with Windows and/or Mac environments, servers, storage systems and networking


• Proven track record in successfully managing integration projects


• Preferable to have experience of working within technology and/or media environments.


• ITIL experience preferred
