• Collaborate and support with daily inbound calls from brokers regarding registrations and support with any mortgage technical queries


• Subject Matter Expert on lending policy, procedure and the navigation of the intermediary website and mortgage broker portal


• Central point of contact for our brokers, mortgage underwriters and operations teams


• Ensure broker liaison tasks are up to date on a daily basis by contacting all brokers with outbound calls and emails where necessary


• Identify opportunities for BDM appointments and promoting of our virtual events


• Support the management team to implement change and innovation, as well as coming up with game changing ideas about how we can improve systems and processes for our customers

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders


• Sound knowledge of mortgage product and policy


• Experience of a customer facing role within the financial service industry


• Current understanding of Compliance and Mortgage Regulations


• Experience of compliance, risk and how to support vulnerable customers
