An award winning, industry leading manufacturing business are looking for an IT Technician to join their growing digital optimisation team and be responsible for supporting the operations and security of systems across the business. You will be providing an effective technical support function to users across all levels of the organisation, resolving hardware and software issues, handling queries, providing advice and performing system maintenance .
As IT Technician your role will involve:
Installing and configuring hardware operating system and applications
Providing support to users both in person and remotely across laptops, tablets and phones
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Setting up new user accounts and profiles
Replacing parts, updating drivers, and recycling / decommissioning equipment
IT assets register administration
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as an IT Technician, IT Support Technician or IT Service Desk, Helpdesk professional , and who have knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365 admin portal, Azure Active Directory , networking connectivity and hardware setups.
Salary for this position is: £24,000 to £26,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).
