What can you bring to Banham?


As an Alarm and CCTV Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of alarm and CCTV systems. You will work closely with our clients, helping them resolve technical problems and providing guidance on system usage. You will also have:




  • Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the alarm and CCTV industry.

  • Strong knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and related equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Familiarity with remote support tools and CRM software.

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.


What will responsibilities be?




  • Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or online chat to help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to alarm and CCTV systems.

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues, including solutions and recommendations.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest alarm and CCTV products, features, and technologies to provide accurate and effective support.

  • Training: Assist in training customers on the proper use and maintenance of alarm and CCTV systems.

  • Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.

  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer input and recurring technical issues.

  • Quality Assurance: Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and performance of alarm and CCTV systems.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in technical support procedures.
