Desktop Support Engineer (Windows Office365) London to £35k
Are you a bright, ambitious Desktop Support Engineer with a good knowledge of Windows and Office365 looking for an opportunity to progress your career, whilst continually learning and gaining new skills?
You could be joining a global media brand that provides a range of services from live sports streaming to video on demand.
As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for supporting internal users in the Chiswick office, troubleshooting issues on desktop hardware, software and mobile devices, providing 1 st and 2 nd line support via a ticketing system. You will also perform preliminary server administration, manage network connectivity and get involved with other project based work such as deploying and supporting new technologies.
You will join a small, friendly and supportive team in the West London or Old Street offices; please note you will be required to be office based 5 days a week, Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700; there is no-call.
Requirements:
You have commercial experience in an IT / Technical Support role
You have a good working knowledge of Windows and Office 365
You're collaborative, enthusiastic and keen to learn
You have excellent communication / customer service skills
You're degree educated or have equivalent experience
