IT and Onboarding Trainer

We are seeking an IT Trainer to join the Service Delivery team to support training requirement and planning for IT Projects and lead on Microsoft Teams and Office training. The successful candidate will perform works that requires a high degree of independence and works cross-functionally with multiple departments. They will exercise judgement in planning, organisation and performing work while developing and maintaining training materials.
The IT and Onboarding Trainer plays an important role in two areas:
- Project onboarding: Lead on training requirement and planning for IT projects during onboarding phase of new technologies. Through delivering training, they will help staff build their confidence in the adoption of a new system and to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to perform their role effectively.
- Deliver IT Training: Provide in-person or online 1:1 and group training on end user IT platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Office and etc.
The post holder will perform works that requires a high degree of independence and works cross-functionally with multiple departments. They will exercise judgement in planning, organization and performing work while developing and maintaining guides and training materials.
