IT Helpdesk Analyst Full Time

My client is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their global IT service desk team providing 1st line support out of their HQ in East Sussex. This role is paying up to £28,000 and offers hybrid flexible working (3 days a week in the office).



The ideal candidate will be a confident & outgoing individual with previous IT support experience &/or IT qualifications or a relevant IT degree. You will be well-versed in providing BAU telephone & remote support to a large number of office & home users working across a typical Microsoft stack.



To be considered for this position, you will have some IT support experience (ideally 2-3 years), including working with & supporting (but not limited to):


  • Office 365 - including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Sharepoint & Teams

  • Active Directory / Azure AD

  • Windows 10 / Windows 11

  • Imaging & deploying laptops

  • CRM / ERP / Bespoke applications

  • Remote access tools & call logging applications




This role is paying a salary of up to £28,000 + in-house training on the latest applications & systems. Based in the Uckfield area of East Sussex my client is commutable from Brighton, Eastbourne, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells, Haywards Heath, Hailsham, Lewes, Horsham, Newhaven and Burges Hill. The role will be hybrid with 3 days in the office & 2 days from home.
