We're now looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to support one of our US based clients. This is a fully remote position working Monday - Friday between the hours of 12pm - 7.30pm.



We need an experienced learning administrator with knowledge and hands on experience of using Learning Management Systems; Workday Learning is preferred but not essential.



Job Summary:




  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver learning solutions

  • Balance and prioritize multiple projects with competing timelines

  • Manage SharePoint for all functions of Talent Development

  • Assist with testing and implementation of new enhancements to Workday Learning and trouble shoot problems if necessary

  • Maintain and improve standard work documentation for all aspects of learning including reporting, administrator tasks, employee resources, and procedures.

  • Provide regional Workday Learning help desk support

  • Build, manage, and maintain learning content, campaigns and audiences

  • Ensure system and content governance standards are upheld in the Learning Management System

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing enhancements

  • Generate reports from the Learning Management System on a regular and ad hoc basis

  • Develop presentations and other supporting documentation (standard work, training resources, project planning, and roll out schedules) for Workday Learning



Qualifications:




  • Excellent communication skills (written, virtual and in person) with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.

  • Strong Learning management system (LMS) expertise (Workday Learning) preferred

  • Demonstrate Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or administrative support function.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Project management skills

  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting, while managing competing priorities.
