I am seeking an experienced IT specialist to assist with overseeing my client's technology operations, executing their IT and cybersecurity strategies, and providing ongoing support to their employees in the UK, US, and Europe.

You will be responsible for:

• working with the technical director on the planning and execution of their IT and cybersecurity strategies


• ensuring that their IT and cybersecurity policies and processes are up-to-date, robust, appropriate, fully documented, and adhered to


• liaising with their external IT and cybersecurity partners and suppliers to ensure an efficient and appropriate level of service


• procurement, configuration, distribution, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment


• technical onboarding, induction, and offboarding of employees


• ensuring that day-to-day IT support and service requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner


• planning and management of ad hoc IT and cybersecurity projects.

• ability to communicate effectively, empathetically, and positively with people who have varying levels of familiarity and comfort with technology


• commercially aware, ensuring that all solutions are pragmatic and cost-effective.

Location

United Kingdom; the role can be part London office-based or fully remote.
