IT Support Technician

As an IT Support Technician, you'll be working on first and second line support, such as
- Being the first port of call for our employees for any tech issues.
- Remote management of devices, user accounts and access.
- Supporting onboarding of new employees by ensuring the correct tech set up.
- Logging activities on a service desk system.
- Managing hardware stock including rebuilds and control of the asset database, vendor relationships and digital signage.
- Supporting major incident process.
- Perform regular scheduled checks and ensure backups complete successfully.
We'd love to hear from you, if you have...
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role, providing first line tech support for Windows and Office 365/Microsoft.
- Experience with ITIL based ticketing system and ITSM.
- Work within preset scripts with runbooks.
- Exceptional problem solving and customer service skills.
- Active Directory Administrator.
- Microsoft Technology certification is highly desirable
- Tech savvy

The Details
Shoreditch, London, with a hybrid working policy of 4 days a week in office (Mon-Thurs) and the option to work from home on Fridays.
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
Please note that with this role, a small amount of out of hours work is expected to support the smooth and secure operation of Gemba infrastructure.
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)
