The ClientWorks Product Management Team has responsibilities to implement, configure, enable and support the latest and greatest solutions across many different stakeholders at Oracle Health. This includes the Sales Presentation domains, PowerWorks domains, etc. We are responsible for ensuring that each domain is up to date on Oracle Health’s latest code, driving innovations, content, and technologies to our stakeholders.

As a Solution Architect on the ClientWorks Product Management Team you will leverage your Oracle Health solution expertise to work across multiple solutions and collaborate with many different stakeholders. You will have a significant impact on the success of Oracle Health’s domain alignment processes, collaborating with the Sales Alignment Organisation (SAO) to create world class sales demonstrations that showcase the Oracle Health solutions and products to both potential new, and existing clients. You will also use this expertise to support our Application Service Provider (ASP) multi-tenant stakeholder client domains. You will be in a position to share your knowledge and experience with others to ensure Oracle Health’s continued success and growth.

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


• At least 3 years of solution implementation or support work experience with Cerner Millennium or within the NHS in UK
At least 3 years of clinical or customer service work experience or healthcare information technology work experience

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 3 years of clinical domain experience with a broad range of Cerner Millennium products


• Cerner Millennium product solution implementation build and configuration experience


• Client implementation strategy or project management experience


• Experience with multiple Oracle Health implementations
Familiar with UK, Nordic, and other global regional healthcare localisations, cultures and workflows

Expectations:

• This role is hybrid


• Up to 10 - 20% of business travel
