Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Irlam
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary ongoing – minimum 6 months
Hours: 37.5+ hours per week

Our client, is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to provide crucial administrative support during a period of rapid business growth. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks. This role is based in an office and offers not only valuable training, but also opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities will include:
Data Entry of Supplier invoices.
Processing Purchase Order matching along with relevant documents.
Supplier invoice query resolution.
Dealing with internal customer/supplier phone calls and email queries.
Monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
Closing purchase order numbers.
Sending of Sales Invoices/remittances.
08.30am - 16.30.
Candidates need to have previous administration expereince, be a team player, demonstrate administrative skills, organisational skills and IT literate.
