Hologic is where talent comes to grow and this role is no different, we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator (AP) to join our Finance team from our Manchester office.

This opportunity is to support our AP team and the wider EMEA business with high volume PO & Non-PO invoices.

• Management of team inbox


• Accurate and timely processing of invoices across all EMEA ledgers


• Ensuring all invoices are approved in accordance with Hologic’s authority policy.


• Assisting with implementing new processes and procedures


• Building and maintaining good relationships, both internal and external, across all levels


• General housekeeping of the accounts payable ledger


• Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business.

To be successful in the role you will have experience in a similar position but importantly you will have:

• 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English


• Experience in an AP role/shared service centre


• Great attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset


• Excellent communications skills


• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks/workload.


• Additional European language desirable
