Travel Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with the opening for a full-time Travel Administrator to work for our client who specialise in design, manufacturing and installation.

You will be responsible for the organisation of our clients employees’ business travel.
This opportunity will suit an individual who is organised, has excellent customer service, thrives on deadlines and is process driven.


Hours:
Monday - Friday.
7.30am - 4pm.


Travel Administrator Responsibilities:



    Liaising with the Projects manager regarding travel requirements for site engineers as well as associated costs.


    Setting up and booking flights & accommodation.


    Organising Visa appointments if required.


    Organising hotels or apartments stays, as well as car rental or local transfers if required.


    Ability to create and maintain good relationships with suppliers (hotel, car rental offices, private landlords etc…) and eventually negotiate rates.


    Briefing Site engineers on itinerary, travel and booking requirements.


    Assisting with any travel - related issue if required.


    Keeping up to date with national and international travel regulation.

Its key that you have a good eye for detail as you need to research visa and foreign permits requirements.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office like Outlook, Word and Excel is preferable.
