We are inviting applications for a permanent Administration Officer at Brierley Community Hub in Little Hulton.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide administrative support to a variety of stakeholders including the staff team, the people we support and carers.
The role includes a wide variety of duties from managing petty cash to meeting and greeting visitors, minute taking and data input. The role holder will be expected to demonstrate a high level of initiative with excellent interpersonal skills, possess the ability to work independently, and be an integral member of the admin team and the centre team.
You will be encouraged to be innovative and make best use of technology, to continually review existing practices and identify more efficient ways of working. You will have good IT skills and knowledge of current technologies, excellent communication skills and accurate data entry and checking skills.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-timePart-time hours: 22.5 per week
Salary: £11.29 per hour
