Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, the Client Services Administrator has a eye for detail! As a Client Services Admin you will be involved in assisting our Client Services team - Providing first class administrative support. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential to become extended or become a permanent role within Altus Group.


Key Responsibilities




  • Accurately process contracts and other documents



  • Create, update and cleanse records



  • Attend to incoming/outgoing post and process inbound correspondence within agreed timescales



  • Print/send correspondence to clients



  • Manage and keep up to date all scanning and filing for the Client Services Department



  • Liaise with Account Managers, Sales Administrators and other parties to resolve queries



  • Undertake ad hoc projects



  • Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information when needed; Take accurate messages and forward promptly to correct person/department




Key Qualifications:




  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and internet applications;



  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences;



  • Ability to work efficiently, within a team and independently, to complete work to a high level of accuracy and presentation and to produce clear, concise and comprehensive documentation.



  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own and team workloads; use own initiative when required, being a self-starter;



  • Excellent time management, organisational and listening skills.




Salary: 20k per annum plus a quarterly bonus plan!
