The Role: - Customer Service Administrator: Brook Street are proud to be working in partnership with the DWP. Working with government departments in a fast-paced environment, priorities are ever changing so you must have the ability to work at pace, provide an customer service and remain professional at all times.
Our Spaces Support Hub Management Service provides hub users with a positive in-hub experience that enables them to be at their best. The roles also support the Spaces Support Managers in the hub to ensure the work space is safe and optimised to meet the needs of our people when they work there. Amongst other things. Responsibilities:
- Maintain the existing work space and make sure it remains in a good state of order.
- Complete space support processes daily.
- Be a point of contact / signposting for general troubleshooting within the work space, for example, logging and reporting any broken equipment / furniture.
- Maintain working relationships with internal team members.
- Setting up meeting rooms.
- Use in house systems to log / report any issues.
- Enter data accurately.
- Responsible for an manual handling required, for example, lifting chairs / tables to help set up a room. Lifting any broken equipment.
Assignment details:
Assignment: 6 Months, possible extension to assignment. Start date - ASAP Rate of Pay: £14.61 per hour paid weekly in arrears Hours: 37 per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm Locations: Newcastle, Manchester and Blackpool Working arrangements: Expected to work from the office full time. Training - Induction will be held. This will be held in the office
