Location: Bury, Greater Manchester Salary: £20,674 - £22,350 per annum (pay award pending) Expiry date: 13/10/2023 Hours: 37 Contract Length: Permanent
About This Position
We now have an opportunity available for an Additional Learning Support Administrative Assistant to join us to provide high quality clerical / administrative assistance to support our ALS area.
Assisting in Education Health & Care Plan review meeting arrangements, sending appointment letters, preparing files and distributing documentation to relevant parties, you will update the schedule of Annual and Transitional Review Report meetings and ensure rooms are booked and fully equipped in preparation.
Taking and circulating minutes, dealing with telephone enquiries and postal and email correspondence, you will assist with data input with regards to the ALS administration databases and the production of reports for the ALS Manager.
With previous work experience (ideally demonstrable clerical / administration related), you will have a background of dealing with a range of people face to face and over the telephone and be capable of working on your own initiative. Computer literate, you will ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent and possess excellent communication skills.
