The role
As a Resource Planning Administrator you will be based within our resourcing team looking after over 1500 operational colleagues. You will be the super-user and point of contact for the Workforce Management system, responsible for the maintenance and management of the system and training and supporting the operational teams. You will also track and analyse security performance data and liaise with key stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with an analytical flair to start their career in Resource Planning with a skilled and supportive team.
What will make you successful in this role
We are looking for someone with experience in data input and processing and customer service. You’ll have a great attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment. You’ll also have experience communication with stakeholders across all levels and experience using Microsoft packages, including excel.
