JUNIOR IFA ADMINISTRATOR Location: Manchester City Center £19,000 - £22,000 + Exam Support NJR Recruitment is currently working with a small and established firm of Financial Advisers based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. Our Client provides advice on a wide range of areas including Investment Management, Retirement Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning, Personal and Family Protection, Business Protection and Corporate Benefits. An opportunity is available for a Trainee IFA Administrator to join the small and established team. Daily duties will be varied and consist of; The job will involve administrative tasks and assisting the Partner, practice manager and paraplanner with research, administrative tasks and dealing with client queries. To contribute towards helping the business to grow and ensure that existing processes within the office are kept up to date daily. Provide suggestions for how to improve processes and procedures and to develop personally within the role. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: o Daily updates of spreadsheets and record logs o Preparing documentation for client meetings o Collecting and scanning post o Keeping track of stationary and ordering stock when required o Outgoing calls to existing clients to arrange review meetings o Writing dictated letters from team o Handling incoming calls and queries o Processing new business applications o Adhoc tasks assisting the Partner and the team as required The successful candidate will have previous experience working as an Administrator preferably within an IFA practice, Product Provider or a Bank, with a basic understanding of Pensions & ISA's. You will be proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as having solid communication and articulations skills.
