Contract: Permanent, Term time plus 5 days Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:30 Number of Positions: 1 Salary: Grade 4 SCP 7 – 11 pro rata £22,369 – £24,054
Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School seeks to appoint an Admin/ SIMS Data officer to provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the school. The candidate will be an experienced, conscientious, and self-motivated individual, who works well as a member of a team and who has experience of working in a busy school office.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of general clerical administrative work
- Have a good working knowledge of SIMs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Forms etc.
- Have excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Have effective written and communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels
- Have the right personal values, attributes and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in successful partnership with all stakeholders
- Adhere to all School policies and procedures that affect you and your duties (eg: safeguarding; fire; accident reporting; no smoking; anti-bullying procedures & behaviour policies, School rules);
- Report to the Manager any health or safety hazards;
- Be willing to undertake additional reasonable duties as requested
