A large property company based in Manchester City Centre are recruiting for a Banking & Admin Support Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within a fast paced and friendly team, this business value the motivation of their people, wellbeing, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the processing & allocation of tenant receipts
- Manually process tenant receipts, allocate to clear arrears
- Investigate unidentified items, working with internal and external customers to resolve
- Account reconciliation
- Attending internal meetings
- Identifying and arranging transferring of funds to internal and external bank accounts
- Work towards KPI's
- Help to implement improvements within the department, including identifying ways to improve
- Other administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and experience:
- Some previous experience within cash allocation would be highly advantageous, or finance administration experience
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Decisive
- Confident with a positive personality
