If so, we have an opportunity for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Retail Merchandising Team here at The Regatta Group. This opportunity could also be perfect for a University student looking for a Sandwich year Placement!
What you will deliver in this role:
- All product set up, covering bulk season, and in season licences ranges and SMUs
- Attribute management from creation, assigning and maintenance.
- Management of season coding
- Management of Sizing masks, colours and fits.
- Sales orders with stock discrepancies, checked accurately and on a timely basis for release to sales.
- Product ranges, latest delivery dates from supply chain and latest thinking with regards to merchandising are fully understood.
- Planning calendar is maintained with all key tasks
- Seasonal management of brochure checks against the system.
- Assist with stock management actions across warehouses ie. Transfers.
- Produce and issue weekly and monthly reporting.
- Provide full administrative back up to the merchandising team
- Undertake other such tasks & duties as reasonably requested by your manager or other members of the management team

- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to adapt and change to the needs of the business
- High levels of accuracy and numerical ability
- An interest in developing a career within Merchandising
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Team oriented attitude
- Proactive desire to learn
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms
- Computer literacy, with the ability to pick up systems quickly
- Experience with Merchandising Planning Systems is an advantage
