We are busier than ever helping to keep the wheels of industry turning and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Manchester in a Receptionist role.
Who doesn’t love a challenge! This opportunity will be a busy but rewarding role for someone who has experience in administration, customer service and receptionist duties.
We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
As our receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all internal colleagues and external visitors, managing the incoming phone switchboard and ensuring all day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is a full time role based at our new and modern head office in Manchester working 5 days a week, 08:30am - 5:00pm.
The Role
- Manning the front desk reception at our Manchester head office
- First point of contacts for all visitors
- Answering calls that come through to reception and redirecting as appropriate
- Sorting through post and distributing to the right teams
- Ordering and arranging of lunch / tea & coffee requirements for meetings
- Arranging of travel and accommodation requirements
- Checking through of buffet invoices
- Other administrative duties as required
