Job Description

The successful Desktop Support Engineer - Gaming Industry will listen and help staff. In addition, they will be responsible of resolving tickets within the helpdesk system.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Desktop Support Engineer - Gaming Industry will have:

• Three years experience in a desktop support role;


• Experience of supporting Windows10/11;


• Troubleshooting & resolving common PC problems;


• Good communication skills.
