TYPE: Permanent, full-time WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday SALARY: £39-50K depending on experience, plus good benefits START: October 2023 LOCATION: Central London (Currently company is providing Hybrid work however due to the type of work you might need to be in the office) IT Consultant Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer IT issues and potential IT problems
  • Develops and proposes strategies to resolve issues
  • Creating execution plans for the projects
  • In some cases, Managing the progress of projects from start to finish
  • Providing aftercare to clients after the completion of projects
  • Maintains an awareness of relevant industry and technological trends and updates the information provided to customers
  • Provide support services for system maintenance collaborating with other team members
  • Travel to customer sites
IT Consultant Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in IT consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises
  • In addition to above at least 3 years of experience in IT operations/implementations/developments
  • Strong knowledge and experience in IT consulting
  • Understanding of IT environments of our client businesses
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer support / user support experiences
  • A wealth of knowledge about IT technologies, services, and products in various industries and fields
  • Interest and understanding of technology trends
  • Project Planning/Management
  • Preferred experience with Japanese companies
  • Preferred experiencing wide variety IT skills such as ERP package solution, MS collaboration, Server Network, Infra Structure and so forth
