£110- £130 (Inside IR35)
A fantastic opportunity to work as an IT Technician providing technical support for Schools + Educational clients. Start asap, ideally September/ October 2023. You must provide a copy of your Enhanced DBS.
Key Skills and experience and duties will include:
Resolving 1st/2nd line technical support for schools/ educational clients, escalating where necessary.
Experienced with network systems, their installation, maintenance and adaptation.
Provide support, advice and training to users on hardware and software related issues.
Tech environment: Google Apps or Office 365, Windows 8+, Office 2013.
Previous experience providing support to schools or the education sector and working with education software is highly desirable.
Manage the maintenance, repair of printers and other devices connected to the network either through onsite repairs or working together with 3rd party companies.
Must hold a full UK driving license + reliable access to a vehicle (all business mileage will be paid).
The role may require you to travel between schools therefore y ou must provide an Enhanced DBS.
