IT Support Engineer

A great client based in Welham Green, Hertfordshire, require an IT Support Engineer to join their team. This vacancy is with an industry-leading engineering company who manufacture electronic safety systems.
The IT Support Engineer will work within a small team. You and the team will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of IT support to approximately 200 users across the group of companies based in the UK and providing occasional support and assistance to the USA businesses with Projects and IT end-user support.
You will need a Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT Support Engineer role to at least 3rd line support level, with a knowledge of business systems
Main duties/ responsibilities for the IT Support Engineer :
Infrastructure Support Experience, up to 3rd line level (Hands-on all-rounder).
The technical administration and management of Microsoft Server Technologies, including Microsoft Windows Server (2016 - 2022), Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2019 Hybrid, SCCM Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Office 365, InTune.
Computer & User Management in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO's, Applying folder/files permissions, PowerShell Scripting and automation.

Windows Administration
Azure
Microsoft 365
Windows Desktop Administration
