We are seeking a talented Service Desk Analyst to support colleagues in Achieving for Children to make the most of the technology available to them.



About the role


As a Service Desk Analyst for Achieving for Children, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing excellent customer service and help colleagues with any problems they may have with our key case management systems

  • Making sure that any problems which could have been avoided by improving our system or providing more training are communicated to the team management

  • Helping colleagues get the most of the technology available to them

  • Supporting the system improvement projects we are working on by being involved with testing and training.

About you



To be a Service Desk Analyst for AfC, you will be passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people as well as demonstrating the following points:



  • Have experience of providing excellent quality customer support in a busy environment

  • Have experience of a range of children's case management systems and are confident using technology

  • Understanding the importance of data quality and how to keep information safe

  • Share our commitment to improving business systems to support practitioners achieve better outcomes for Children, Young People and Families

Start dates: Achieving for Children have set start dates meaning successful candidates join on a set date in each month. Candidates are advised to prepare for this should a job offer be accepted to ensure eligible continuous service is not affected.
