Job Purpose


Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of IT service and advocating for flawless IT service delivery in their office. Work Closely with the internal/ External customers to ensure IT processes are followed, technology solutions are fully utilized, and users are educated and updated on latest TMF technology changes. End user Support including Hand/Eyes needs for IT Service for PC imaging, End user support, for Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals and Local Applications support. Provide Hand & Eyes support for Group IT as required.




Key Responsibilities


Fast and Efficient management of the ITSM support queue and to provide support to the end user for hardware and training as required.


The primary focus of the role will be:



  • Efficient Management of the support queue

  • Supporting the hardware throughout their lifecycles, Laptops, Monitors, printers , conferencing equipment and Corporate Mobiles

  • Educating end users on TMF tools and best practices and also as required arranging 1:1 or group meetings to ensure the end user has good knowledge on how to use the solution.

  • Generating ISO reports and helping the LSO on IT related subjects

  • Assisting Group IT with support in the office

  • Taking ownership of local applications and keeping the HAM and Application portals fully updated

  • Communicating with office users and Local Management on behalf of Global Technology Services

  • Helping in local office projects such as renovations and move for IT infrastructure




Professional Experience and Qualifications



  • 1 – 5 years with end user support

  • A service mindset

  • ITIL knowledge is a must , ITIl certification is a plus

  • Good at communicating with people and positive attitude

  • Technologically rounded with a high-level understanding of different branches of IT

  • Organised, detail oriented and Customer centric mentality

  • Fair understanding of Active Directory, OU’s and Security Groups, DNS DHCP, Backups and VPN

  • Good understanding of file sharing and sharing permissions

  • Managing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems with windows client machines

  • Can-do and positive attitude, a team player who knows how to engage with other teams to get things done

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
