1st Line IT support analyst required for a leading professional services (finance) organisation based in central London.


Please note: this is fully on site and inside IR35.


The successful candidate will provide in person technical support and troubleshooting, desktop software and hardware technologies.


Candidate must have excellent personable skills (internal customer facing).


General responsibilities:-



  • 1st Line IT support at the desktop/deskside

  • Logging and tracking of Tickets raised

  • Escalating support tickets through ServiceNOW to the 2nd Line support team

  • Working with third party suppliers

  • Perform miscellaneous duties such as basic admin and review and update of knowledge base documentation if required


Technical skills required:-



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems

  • Office packages, O365

  • Windows 7, Windows 10

  • Understanding for Active Directory and AD user setups

  • Basic network infrastructure knowledge (specifically around WiFi networks)
