IT Support Technician Apprentice Full Time

About the role:


You will be supporting the IT team with administration, 1st line troubleshooting, assisting new users and keeping documentation up to date.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Desktop support; day to day assistance and troubleshooting problems for end users on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android

  • Monitoring and managing the helpdesk inbox

  • Adding and removing users and working within Office 365

  • Keeping documentation up to date

  • Assisting the team with other projects


Skills:



  • Excellent written English

  • Willingness to learn

  • Basic understanding of IT in a business environment

  • Enjoys working with people

  • Ability to question existing practices and influence and improve

  • Reliable and friendly

  • Strong organisation and time managementDesirable:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and applications.

  • Knowledge of WIFI and the internet.

  • Experience within the care or charity sectors.


Entry Requirements:



  • You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.

  • You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
