Salary: Between £32,00 and £36,000
Role clearance type: Must be able to obtain and maintain UK Government Clearance
Location: Home-Based (will consider hybrid).
Your Responsibilities:
1. Day to day operational activities to install, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues as required 2. Participate as directed by the Infrastructure Manager and Systems Administration Manager in on call rosters and other arrangements necessary for the delivery of 24/7 services 3. Ensure BAU activities are accounted for and kept up to date, including tickets, vulnerabilities, and patching 4. Work as part of a team to research, develop, and build upon IT offerings in the business 5. Actively contribute to the training and development of your skills and that of the Service Desk
Your Experience
1. Excellent IT troubleshooting experience in dealing with a wide range of different processes and systems 2. Experience working within a team-oriented, collaborative, distributed environment 3. 3rd line support with architecting experience 4. Windows and Linux operating systems. On-prem and cloud based infrastructure such as Exchange, Azure, and M365 5. Certification such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cloud, Storage, Virtual etc

Your Future Team: You will join the Infrastructure team consisting of system, network, and cloud engineers. Prepare to join an open and honest team, built on strong collaboration. Our customer teams are experts and continuously drive forward to succeed. We believe and encourage continuous learning with access to various training opportunities. You will be at the forefront of the IT team, maintaining the EMEA IT environment.
You will be highly proficient in day to day management of core IT systems and infrastructure, as well as AWS/Azure networking and security services. Deployment and management of infrastructure in virtual and physical form. Experience and a background in systems ad-ministration and team collaboration is essential.
