IT Support Analyst

A well-established financial services firm is looking for a personable and driven Junior IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team based in central London. You will have the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.
As the Graduate IT Support Analyst you will work as an integral part of a team of engineers to deliver a centralised support service for all system issues, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to both users and employees across the business. This role involves taking incoming calls, managing requests, resolving or escalating incidents when necessary and therefore excellent communication skills are a key requirement.
In order to be suitable for this position you will possess a relevant IT qualification and have proven technical experience assisting Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Active Directory. You will be a recent IT Graduate with some troubleshooting knowledge with regards to both hardware and software and have the practical ability to take ownership of technical incidents. A Microsoft or Cisco accreditation (complete or in-progress) would be advantageous to your application.
