Service Desk Analyst Full Time

at Synapri London in London (Published at 04-10-2023)


I am working with the largest property development business in the UK who are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst on a permanent basis.


The role is about providing a great user experience, where you will be delivering world class 1 st and 2 nd line support to 400 colleagues nationwide, with the majority being based in Central London. My client operates on a hybrid working environment, requiring the successful candidate to be onsite in London, 4 days per week.


Responsibilities:



  • Delivering all services in line with industry best practices (e.g. ITIL principles and framework)

  • Educate and encourage users wherever the opportunity arises.

  • Liaising with 3rd line and 3 rd parties to find solutions.

  • Accurate and up-to-date Asset Management

  • Stock Management to ensure supply can meet demand.

  • Ownership of the service desk data to drive problem management and continuous improvement.

  • Involvement in occasional projects (e.g., deployments of hardware and software)


You will be supporting and troubleshooting for the following main technologies:



  • Windows 10

  • Active Directory

  • x86/x64 architecture

  • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

  • SCCM

  • Office365

  • SharePoint

  • Microsoft Teams and Poly IP phones

  • Azure

  • Microsoft Intune for mobile device management

  • Fresh Service (Service Desk)


My client is looking for the right person who has a strong interest in IT and a desire to learn and progress through the company. As well as this, a solid understanding of incident management is extremely valuable.
