YOUR MISSION:
Provide IT support to Lombard Odier users in London and EMEA offices
Manage the support and maintenance of IT Systems within London and EMEA offices.
Identify areas of improvement and report together with recommended solutions.
High collaboration with the headquarters in Geneva
Software Support:
Microsoft Windows 10&11 (AD, UEM, SCCM)
Office 365, Teams
Mobile Device Management (iOS & Android)
Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop)
Network Support:
Managing and Maintaining the Network Infrastructure in London and EMEA Offices under supervision of the Network Team (SD-WAN, SD-Access, wireless Infrastructure)
Network Troubleshooting (2nd Level)
Maintain and update the network diagram in collaboration with the network team
Be the point of contact for London and EMEA Offices
Systems Support:
Managing and Maintaining the Systems infrastructure in London and EMEA Offices together with the Systems Team (ESX)
Managing and Maintaining the Printing infrastructure in London and EMEA Offices
Hardware Support :
Installation of Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Switches
Troubleshoot and replace Laptops, Desktops and its components
Operational Management:
Update and maintain the Software and Hardware Inventory
Assist in the budget process and manage contracts and negotiations with local vendors;
Oversee contractor’s installation and maintenance of computer hardware during office moves;
Advise users on relevant hardware and software usage;
Provide support to the banks Independent Asset Managers in the region;
Create, update and maintain documentation, wiki
Participate in the implementation & deployment of group projects;
Participate in the Business Continuity Plan and be a point of contact in case of BCP invocation.
YOUR PROFILE:
Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar function
Excellent knowledge in installing, maintaining and troubleshooting computers running Windows 10 & 11
Knowledge of videoconference equipment/solutions (Cisco Webex Room, Microsoft Neat, Microsoft 365, Teams...)
Knowledge of application virtualization/deployement (Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft App-V, SCCM...)
Understanding of latest network technologies (OSI model and Enterprise Network Infrastructure...)
Knowledge of mobile devices management (AirWatch)
Willingness to continuously learn and high interest in new technologies
High readiness to get things done
Very good organization skills
Ability to work independently and to be a great team player
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel within EMEA Region;
Fluent in English
