Following the promotion of our current Deputy Head Academic to the post of Head, our new Deputy Head Academic joins us in September 2023. We are now seeking an outstanding and hard-working Personal Assistant to work with them, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the DHA and the wider academic leadership team through a comprehensive and thorough secretarial and administrative support.
You should have previous high-level secretarial experience in a professional environment at a senior level. You will have excellent interpersonal, customer-care and organisational skills, be able to effectively promote the School externally, and be pro-active, able to make suggestions for change. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages with the ability and desire to share your knowledge, you will be fast paced and accurate, with excellent typing skills.
As with the nature of schools you should be flexible in your approach to your working hours to ensure the needs of the academic leadership team are met.
