We are working with an FCA regulated business in hiring their first dedicated Company Secretary to help establish the governance function and develop internal processes and policies.

The role will be working closely with the CEO and CFO in improving standards of governance within the business as well laying the groundwork for future hires into the team.

There is the strong prospect of an IPO into a stock-exchange with a couple of European indexes being explored as well as the LSE. Preparation for this will make up a significant part of the coming months within the company secretarial role.

Successful candidates will have previous senior-level experience and will have assisted with IPOs or significant transactions at some point in their career.
