THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading provider of business premises across London. They are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join their team in London Bridge.


THE ROLE:

• Acting as the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service


• Screening calls and dealing with the switchboard, taking messages, and passing them on accordingly


• Preparing meeting rooms


• Organising events


• Assist the Centre Team in administrative duties

THE PERSON:

• Experience working as a corporate receptionist


• Ability to engage and build relationships with new and existing clients


• Sociable, outgoing and a team player


• Confident using MS office and IT Packages


• Exceptional customer service skills
