For our Business Area Real Estate Finance International Clients, UK, CEE & USA in London , we are searching for an employee with immediate effect (part-time and home office possible) on a fixed term basis for 12 months. Permission to work in UK and office attendance are needed.
Personal Secretary / Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks consist of
- Assistance to the Head of Business Area
- Assumption of general secretarial, organizational and assistant functions, especially in connection with the coordination of meetings and appointments, correspondence, business trips
- Insuring the operational functionalities of the department and document management
- Preparation of presentations, statistics and reports
- Give assistance on projects and special tasks
- Preparation and review expenses claims of Business Area Manager
- Organization of events such conferences, seminars
- Discretion in handling confidential data
Your skills consist of
Education:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge acquired in practice
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance and secretarial services
Knowledge of systems:
- IT literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office
Language Skills:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
Personnel Skills:
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and good client orientation
- Friendly and courteous manner
