The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Assistant to provide business support to our CEO and CFO plus our Non-Executive Directors.

In this challenging, busy and very high-profile role, you will be required to work flexibly, recognising that the nature of the role of the CEO and CFO may require you to undertake some out of hours working.

Deadlines are often tight with working pressure intense, and you will be called upon to handle changing and conflicting priorities whilst remaining good-humoured and presenting a calm and organised persona to the team and other colleagues.

You will be a skilled and confident communicator able to converse comfortably and easily with senior internal and external stakeholders. You will be accustomed to multi-tasking, constant change and staying calm under pressure. You will be accomplished in creating top quality presentations and other documentation where attention to detail and the need for confidentiality are of paramount importance.

A good knowledge and understanding of company secretarial/corporate governance matters, with specific experience of minute taking at Board level. This coupled with a good knowledge and experience of mergers & acquisitions will be helpful.

An excellent level of IT skills is essential, including experience of Microsoft Office365, specifically Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

What can Tribal offer me?

This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a team of driven, meticulous, and passionate professionals, who are challenging the status quo of products that are provided globally to institutions that specialise in education, training, and learning. Our software is world class, and we believe we give our teams the tools, environment, and training to be world class too.

Not only will you have full access to learning resources to continue to up-skill whilst part of our team, but we offer competitive salaries, a flexible working environment, and a generous range of benefits.
