THE COMPANY:
Our client is solution driven legal company who are seeking a IT Support Analyst to join their team in London.


THE ROLE:

• Managing day-to-day maintenance for devises such as desktops, laptops and mobiles


• Deal with 1st and 2nd line support queries and liaise with other support departments


• Imagining laptops and workstations and carrying out inductions for new starts


• Overseeing technical resources in meeting rooms and assist with the printer systems

THE PERSON:

• 1 year of service desk experience within IT


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment


• Good time management and excellent trouble shooting skills


• Team player with a positive and enthusiastic personality
